Enterprise strategy implementation has become the bottleneck of enterprise's strategyimplement which is crucial to the enterprises' development. The paper analyzes factors'influences on the strategy implementation by exploring fitted relations between factors andgiven strategy which is based on the study of many enterprise cases. The paper pays moreattentions on executive, organization structure and corporation culture which are criticalfactors to enterprise strategy's effective implementation. And it puts forward practical andscientific mathematic methods to analyze their influences from quantity and qualityperspective. Models formulated in the paper prove feasible. The aim of this paper is to offerenterprises some reasonable and reliable suggestions so that they can implement strategiesefficiently and retain sustainable development in the fiercely competing market. |
