Research On The Undertake Model And Influencing Factors Of The International Producer Services

Today's global economic integration process has become the globalization of services. Because multinational companies need to pursue high-quality low-cost labor advantage and superiority, they gradually develop large-scale transfer of producer services industries to the developing. New round of global industrial restructuring has already begun. In this context, multinational do the industrial investment to China through business offshore, project outsourcing, foreign direct investment, etc. Domestic producer services center city as the main Parties to undertake industrial transfer, become a new hot spot for domestic and foreign scholars.In recent years, as China's opening up of the continuous relaxation, the rapid development of economic development, the impact of international producer services transfer on the central city has been further deepen. However, many central cities in the development process ignore the city's own development needs, blind positioning, and do not identify the location factors. Therefore, grasping the characteristics of the international transfer of producer services industry, selecting the industry which have a positive impact on the city to undertake and integration, improving the industrial development level of the city. All of the above have became an important research topic.In this paper, first we review the related research about the international transfer of industry from concept, motivation, characteristics, trends, economic effects, etc., then we review the present research framework of the transfer of international service industry,and conclude the transmission mechanism of the international transfer of service industry. Then we prove the undertake strategic model with some multinational's case. Second, model building. We collect the data which relating to the transfer of service industry over the years of the city of Beijing, Shanghai. We analyze the critical location factors of development of producer services by empirical research methods. According to the data of the city of Shanghai, we verify that there are positive effects when the city undertakes the transfer of international production services.
