Research On The Project Knowledge Integration Oriented Lifecycle

From the core issue of Project Integration Management - project knowledge integration, this paper proposes knowledge integrated models and identify methods and paths by the theories of project knowledge networks and stakeholders knowledge networks, and explores the dynamic rule of knowledge spiral evolution the project knowledge integration, realizing the rapid integration of cross-phase and multi-domain knowledge in project management activities though sustained adjustment and reconstruction phase, and improves the communication efficiency under dynamic conditions, providing the theoretical basis of identifying elements for the project knowledge system and promoting the continuing escalation of enterprise knowledge systems.This paper makes use of social network analysis methods analyzing Company A, including project knowledge exchange subjects and project knowledge content in the project management process, through the division of project phase, the comb and the definition of the mainly intellectual content and project leader By the enterprises in the project management process, dividing the project management processes into the general allocation of responsibilities matrix accordance with the project's life cycle, with visualization social network analysis software such as UCINET research the corresponding relationship between project organization's knowledge network and social networks, analyzing Company A's project knowledge networks and the project stakeholders network, and further researching the statistical nature and network properties of Company A overall knowledge network.This paper is intended to build project knowledge integration networks which is oriented life-cycle, integration based on knowledge network can promote individual knowledge sharing and expression of outward-oriented, improve the efficiency of individual knowledge learning and innovation. Therefore, the model constructed for the project knowledge integration provides knowledge integration methods and tools in a dynamic path and create basic conditions for the realization of knowledge integration, ensuring the project knowledge from different phases can be delivered and collected in time, to make project management activities realize rapid integration of cross-phase and multi-domain knowledge by ongoing adjustment and reconstructing paths, thus improving the efficiency of communications under dynamic conditions, manage risk in order to ultimately project objectives.
