Research On The Relationship Between Ultra-local Knowledge Network And Enterprise External Knowledge Integration

Today, an era of economic globalization, the knowledge has become an important source to the enterprise obtain sustainable competitive advantage. Enterprises can not only get knowledge from the local knowledge network or local clustered firms to, but also ultra-local knowledge network or external cluster firms. While the enterprise can not keep innovation vitality and competitive advantage by local knowledge network alone which easily leads to the low-end locking and the knowledge homogeneity and redundancy, then which hinders the rapid development and upgrade of the enterprise, the ultra-local knowledge network to break the local protectionism or geographical boundaries contributes to companies achieve the heterogeneous knowledge or fresh blood, which achieves the goal of industry innovation and upgrading.In addition, compared with the other two big economic circles, a single cooperation relations across geographical boundaries among Jing JinJi leads to the regional closeness and privacy. Meanwhile, the Jing JinJi regional industrial structure otherness and the pillar industry difference are likely to affect industrial transfer among the Jing Jin Ji to a certain extent. However, the formation of the knowledge network across geographical boundaries not only is beneficial to enhance the cooperation relations among Jing Jin Ji and promote the Jing Jin Ji economic circle, and also helps the division of labor and cooperation and the industrial supplementary among Jing Jin Ji industries.Consequently, the article taking the ultra-local knowledge network as a breakthrough point and the Jing JinJi enterprises as the research object by ultra-local knowledge network structural embeddedness, ultra-local knowledge network relational embeddedness and ultra-local knowledge network environmental embeddedness researches interactional relationship that the ultra-local enterprise knowledge network embeddedness influences the enterprise external knowledge integration, and intermediary relationship of inter-organizational learning. Then the corresponding assumptions are put forward by analyzing the existing theory information. On empirical research, the article verifies the theoretical model and the proposed hypotheses through adopting the normative empirical analysis process which is theoretical deduction, model building and statistical test etc, and has been clear about the interrelationships among ultra-local knowledge network,inter-organizational learning and external knowledge integration through using the statistical tools of SPSS19.0 and AMOS17.0. Finally, according to the results of empiricalresearch hypothesis, the article discusses the research conclusion, on the basis of which some suggestions are put forward for the development of JingJinJi enterprises.
