This makes the formation of the Chinese construction market in the increasingly intense competitive landscape. In this context, how can both construction enterprises to seize the opportunity to develop, and can effectively meet the challenges brought about by competition, it must seriously consider the major issues.In this paper, expounded the theory of business strategy, First built in Shaanxi 7 in which the external environment analysis, pointing out that rapid economic development of their faces, Xi'an, real estate, infrastructure investment increased rapidly, the industry, such as a large space development opportunities, while also facing the main building of Xi'an the market is too small, housing construction in the main, the project threats such a narrow scope of business.
