With the rising of knowledge-based economy, the value of knowledge Began to appear, the enormous success of knowledge products and knowledge services make people realize the importance of knowledge, knowledge also gradually becomes the key which replaces physical resources to acquire competitive advantages and benefit for enterprises. Accumulation and utilization of enterprise knowledge achieved by enterprise knowledge transfer, enterprise knowledge transfer need some conditions, the conditions which also be called various fields are all kinds of circumstances that are constructed by enterprise.Field theory originated from natural science, with the developing of scientific management and organization theory, field theory gradually spread to social science, field theory especially applied more widely in information and knowledge management of enterprise. The field of natural exists in the whole space which is some kind of energy and by which things interactions is realized; The field of enterprise is the situation for the movement of enterprise knowledge, and the time space that is created by the change of the situation. By constructing various field, enterprise realize the knowledge transfer between the enterprise and employee, staff and workers, enterprise and other organizations or individuals. Enterprise knowledge transfer system is composed by the field of enterprise, knowledge subject of and knowledge of the field, enterprise knowledge flowing and transferring in this system.Based on the research of domestic and foreign experts and scholars, enterprise knowledge transfer based on field theory is divided into six chapters to discuss in this paper. The first two chapters in this paper is introduced the research foundation, the research background, significance, the present situation, the novelty and relevant theoretical concept. The third chapter discusses the fit of field theory and enterprise knowledge transfer in this paper. The power and influence factors of enterprise knowledge transfer are analyzed by the fourth chapter. Subjective dynamic and objective power is the primary motivation, factors of field, factors of knowledge transfer subject and factors of knowledge itself compose the influence factors. The fifth chapter which is the core of this article, puts forward different mode of enterprise knowledge transfer under field theory. According to the number of knowledge subjects which do knowledge transfer in the fields, puts forward the enterprise knowledge transfer mode:one-to-one, one to more, more to one and more to more; According to the path of enterprise knowledge transfer in the field, puts forward the direct and indirect enterprise knowledge transfer mode. The sixth chapter is summarized, discusses the insufficiency and the conclusion, predicted.
