Analysis Of Collective Ownership Enterprises System Reformation Of SX Electric Power Corporation

The collective ownership enterprises play an irreplaceable role in promoting national construction, developing the national economy, arranging labor employment, maintaining social stability and many other aspects. However, with the socialist market economic system continuing to improve, the collective ownership enterprises are faced with a lot of problems and they are in unprecedented difficulties. Therefore, they have to seek survival and development through reform.Taking the collective ownership enterprises of SX Electric Power Corporation as the research object, this thesis focuses on their basic conditions, development and function, and points out the six existing major problems:1. Benefits of the enterprises slip year after year and the quality of assets declines; 2. The source of incomes is limited and the external market share is insufficient; 3.Irrational industrial structure, mainly involving electricity-concerning business; 4. Large number of employees with low overall quality; 5. Rigid administrative system and inflexible operation mechanism; 6. Incomplete company-like reorganization and irregular organization form. Meanwhile, this thesis also analyzes the causes of these problems, including:1. Fuzzy property order and absent practical owner; 2. Over reliance on the organizer and difficulty in independent operation; 3. Employees with old-fashioned values, lack of core culture. In view of the above problems and their causes, by using the learned theory and combined with working practice, this thesis puts forward five suggestions of reform measures of the collective ownership enterprises of SX Electric Power Corporation:1. To promote the reform of property rights by means of quantifying collective assets; 2. To Deepen the company-like reorganization on the premise of resource integration; 3. To Optimize business types on the basis of adjusted industrial structure; 4. To Improve the operational efficiency by relying on transformation of the operational mechanism; 5. To Enhance corporate soft power to create a characteristic culture. To make reform made substantial achievements, it needs not only more bold practice of the enterprises, but also the theoretical circle's further innovation, national policy support and government's guidance.
