Research On The Human Capital Support System In Regional Innovation

A In nowadays'economy and society, human capital has been a hot topic. Especially in the situation which our government makes great efforts to build the regional innovation system, handling the problem of human capital supporting system is very important. At present, China's economic is undergoing a transformation, if there is no perfect human capital support system, which is bound to restrict regional innovation system, and threaten the country's sustained economic development and social stability. So the establishment of human capital support system to promote a rational development and effective use and adapt regional innovation has become the main task that our country must face.Basing on combing the domestic and international research results, the paper apply the methods of systems analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to analysis the problems and their causes of human capital support systems in regional innovation , and make a detailed analysis on human capital support system in China's regional , then conduct an empirical study. The result shows that: the support role of human capital in regional innovation exists threshold effects.This paper is formed from the seven parts. the background, significance study characteristics, etc of the topics have been discussed in first chapter; In second part is the theoretical basis; the third part is the situation at home and abroad; a detailed analysis on problems and causes of the human capital support system in China's regional innovation is done in the fourth chapter; there is a detailed analysis on human capital support system in China's regional innovation , including the elements and operation functions, and building indexes of human capital support systems.
