In an environment which is increasingly scarce resources, competition is strengthened ceaselessly, customers expect higher and demand change rapidly, the traditional separate business operation pattern already no longer applicable. The enterprise must establish long-term mutually beneficial partnerships with the related enterprises to make up its own shortcomings, to gain the competitive advantage during improving the supply chain profit, seeking survival and development in the fierce. The management level of supply chain partnership is an important factor of impacting the supply chain benefits, and establishing the appropriate relation in the partners is the key of supply chain management. So, how to find out an effective way to develop and manage the appropriate partnership has become a critical issue.This article take our country manufacturing industry supply chain partnership as the object of study, from the perspective of the classification and evaluation, research on empirical classification about the whole of our country manufacturing industry supply chain partnership relationship. Research mainly uses the standard research steps and methods, through the design of questionnaire for survey data, using factor analysis, variance analysis, clustering analysis method on the construction of the variables in the model and measurement, factor analysis and classification. The main research work is as follows:By using Douglas M. Lambert proposed cooperation partners in the supply chain model as the research frame, combined with domestic and international classification of relevant research results, as well as our country manufacturing industry and its supply chain partnership characteristics, refining the study of classification of evaluation index, build suit our country manufacturing industry supply chain partnership classification evaluation model. Mainly from the capital / cost effectiveness, customer service, marketing advantage, profit growth of stability / compatibility, company, management ideas and skills, interdependence, the symmetry of the eight factors and their subdivision index design questionnaires, in-depth interviews, from the empirical perspective on Chinese manufacturing industry supply chain partnership are discussed.Combined with the survey data, this article carry on the empirical classification about the respondents manufacturing enterprises in the supply chain partnership. Based on the classification, analysis of the characteristics of each category and put forward each category in applied management. Results show, our country manufacturing industry supply chain partnership can be divided into three categories, customer service driven, the type of customer service driven management to promote and comprehensive promotion. There exists obvious progressive relationship between categories. From customer the type of service driven to comprehensive promotion development situation, also reflects our country manufacturing industry supply chain partnership development path.According to the result of the analysis of the questionnaire, explore the constraints of our country manufacturing industry supply chain partnership development factor, proposes the corresponding incentive strategy. Study found that, at present our country manufacturing industry supply chain partnership is attracting more and more attention, in a period of rapid development, but at the same time many problems were exposed: the influence of the traditional concept, such as"short-term interests","zero-sum game"; low level of partner relationship management; lack of trust between cooperate enterprises, information sharing difficult to achieve; lack of fair distribution of interests pattern and so on. Aiming these problems, this paper put forward: change the traditional ideas, cultivate"vitality"enterprise culture; perfect partnership evaluation system, organizational change; formulate information sharing incentive strategy, improve the information exchange platform; the establishment of a fair and reasonable distribution mechanism of incentive strategy.Supply chain partnership classification evaluation model is a research method which is mainly based on the quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis as secondary, from macroscopic and microcosmic two angle analysis our country manufacturing industry supply chain partnership development present situation, and proposed the incentive strategy. I hope the classification evaluation model can provide a new management idea for our partnership in supply chain management.
