Sichuan And Shaanxi Yu Manufacturing Competitiveness Comparative Study

As the national pillar industry, manufacturing industry is an important symbol that is used to measure the economic strength and the level of modernization of a certain region. Strong manufacturing is not only a reliable guarantee to industrial modernization, but plays a very important position in national or regional economical development. With the policy of reform and opening-up thirty years, great changes has happened on the manufacturing industry in the sichuan,shanxi,chongqing, whether the added value or the industrial gross product has climbed the front ranks in China , which has become a significant manufacturing base of Yangtze river area. But compared with developed countries or developed regions, there is still a big gap, and the various problems has begun to expose gradually in manufacturing competence. During the international industrial structure adjustment and industrial transfer period, to study the manufacturing competitiveness of Sichuan, Shanxi and Chongqing, will help to seize the opportunity to accept the international transition of industry better ,in order to promote the development of regional economy better .The paper is based on the review of domestic and foreign in manufacturing competitiveness research, and puts forward the manufacturing competitiveness evaluation index and evaluation method, then establish the manufacturing competitiveness evaluation model. With the help of SPSS statistic software, makes use of the principal component analysis to do a positive analysis .Once again, the author analyzes the reason of manufacturing competitiveness lower level, then puts forward the suggestion of each area ascending manufacturing competitiveness .Finally, in order to improve the regional economical development, this paper also put forward suggestions to promote mutual cooperation and coordinately development.
