The related factors, which were extracted from the work flow of tourist attraction and have typically single-minded in theirs look at the tourist satisfaction degree, constitute satisfaction assessment system. They make operators clearly grasp each unit'satisfaction levels of service procedure, a factor'affecting weight to overall satisfaction and tourists's overall satisfaction to tourist attraction, to supply decision-making tools to operators.The study uses comprehensive the theory and method such as economics, management, behavioral science, statistics science, and considers the domestic and foreign relevant theories as a reference, the assessment and analysis of tourist satisfaction were studied, the major methods include: the document reading methods, expert interview, questionnaire survey and statistics analysis, strive to ensure the scientific research, logic and practicability.Under determining the theoretical research framework of the thesis and the method of statistical analysis, collect original data through the survey and do statistical analysis, amend aforementioned tourist satisfaction degree evaluation index system, extract seven factors for tourists to choose interests areas, and construct urban scene spots tourist satisfaction degree evaluation index system in gradually spread three levels consisting of seven dimensions of 20 factors, accordingly derive regression equation of evaluation of tourist satisfaction degree to urban scene spots, mensurate tourist satisfaction degree to interest areas inTaishan. At last,summarize against the study findings of the thesis, and bring forward the prospects for future research. By analysis,found the main problems of tourist satisfaction are: government support system is not perfect; the scenic complaint service is seriously inadequate; the tickets price of tourist attractions are virtual height; facilities construction lags behind and so on, based on this, I puts forward research countermeasures such as strengthening the dominant function of government; tourism department make efforts together to develop rights protection work; establish a sound price management mechanism and etc.
