| Farmers are the main body of the construction of a new socialist countryside. The increase of farmers'income is the fundamental starting point and the central task of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Since the reform and opening policy, China has undergone enormous changes in rural areas, farmers'income is continually increasing. In recent years, owing to the impact of serious weather and the rising costs of agricultural products, coupled with accumulation of speculation, the farmers'income is slowing down. It holds back the development of national economy and the overall situation of building a moderately prosperous society.As a whole of economic development, the middle area not only in the level of development, economic structure, resource endowment and income level, but also in the structural adjustment and socio-economic development have great similarity. Henan province has a large population also a great number of farmers. The solution of Henan peasants'problem makes great significance not only for themselves but also having a demonstration effect for the Middle Area. As a large agricultural county in Henan province, the agriculture of Runan County has been greatly developed in recent years. But there are many problems. In order to increase the peasants'income in Runan County, finding these issues in time and proposing a solution has important practical significance.Firstly, according to the Marxist related theory about increasing peasants'income, emphatically and analyzed the generations since the founding of the Chinese communist party in the collective leaderships'outstanding contributions on the issue of the farmers. Secondly, the actual investigation of Runan County, as the fundamental starting point, this paper finely detailed analyzes the status of farmers'income in Runan County and the bright spots. Finally, according to the existing problems in peasant incomes and combined with empirical research and related theory, this paper puts forward the measures to solve the problem. |
