Under the background of tourism great development, industry transition and upgrade in China, tourism service export will be one important engine to push tourism trade through utilizing two markets and two resources. Jiangsu province is one of national economic centers and the most popular tourism destinations. There are main targets to discuss and study to set up scientific level evaluation system and bring strategy upgrade for tourism service export.There are three parts in this paper in order to work out the concern. In the first part, it mainly explains research situation at home and abroad and related theoretical foundation. In the second part, including Chapter Three, Chapter Four and Chapter Five, as the research keystone, it is special for the analysis on demand and supply of tourism service export in Jiangsu. It also is involved to set up multidimensional evaluation system with 12 indexes, to apply main factors method and to draw out three factors, such as external condition factor, internal condition factor and sustainable development factor. In the third one, namely Chapter Six, it brings out related measure to enhance tourism service export from the view of three factors. Meanwhile, it also provides references to help our governments to exactly evaluate development level of tourism service export, to hold the trend and to make strategies for promoting the tourism service trade.Based on above all, several conclusions are as follows. The tourism trade export in Jiangsu has linear growth, strong risk resistance capacity and visible regional competitive advantages. Jiangsu is under on quick development period. It is necessary to improve tourism traffic condition, bring forth the new one through the old and break through export bottleneck. External social condition factor has great influence in tourism service export. All conclusions illustrate important development orientations including playing a great role of external core, improving internal framework and encouraging innovation to enhance Jiangsu tourism service export.
