Empirical Research On Service FDI Influence On Our National Tourism Export

Today, service industry has already become the largest and the most dynamic part indeveloped and developing country. Its level of development is an important standard tothe modernization level.The service industries in the most developing countries startedlate and their economic foundation are very weak. They don’t have the advantage ininternational competition. To accelerate the development of service trade, and enhance itsinternational competitiveness, the introduction of foreign capital is an important way toimprove service level. Tourism has become a cornerstone industry in China, which wasopen to foreign countries in relatively earlier time and has obtain great achievement inutilizing foreign capitals. The utilization of foreign capitals has not only made up for theshortage of funds for the development of Chinese tourism, but also brought advancedtechnology and ways of management.Studies of the thesis centered on "relativity between the inflow of FDI to TourismExport". The thesis begins with preliminary analysis on the relationship between ServiceFDI and Tourism Export. Analysis the situation of our tourism and service FDIdevelopment. Through analysis, each industry department of FDI has differentcharacteristics, and the inflows and export both have significant changes. It also studieson the relationship between FDI in service industry and our tourism export. Then itstudies the mechanism how Service FDI influence our tourism export. Moreover, bytesting time series data with cointegration theory and error correction model to studyexperimentally on the relationship betweem FDI in service and export of tourism. Basedon these conclusions the thesis finally raises proposals on further attracting FDI to flowinto service industry and promoting the tourism export.
