Salary design plays a key role in founding modern salary management systerm.In current economy time, the purpose of an enterprise's designing is to meet its development. i.e. the enterprise should use " the competitive salary" to employ competent staff. How to design and found a new set of scientific salary management to attract and encourage the talents is benificial for personal future and enterprise's development, which is also suitable for country's electric power.According to the hydropower enterprises' traits, and the need of salary distribution reform, this thesis pay its aim on analysingand studing the present state of salary distribution in Liu Jiaxia Hydropower Station., to redesign the systerm for guiding the reform and using for reference.Based on the statement of theory about salary design, First, this thesis introduced the concept of "salary" and researched the inner and outer environment of Liu Jiaxia Hydropower Station, the situation of human resources and salary systerm, the present problems of achievements management. Then, it selected the salary systerm design as a research target, and stated from many aspects:the concept and essence of salary, the functiong of salary, influential factors, basic structure, the design principle and the procedures. Last, through the enterprise's investigating, it estimated the operation of salary systerm, pointed out the next target of the reseach. In order to help the salary management systerm of Liu Jiaxia Hydropower Station become more completely, realise the goal of enterprise management.
