In order to adapt to the long term development plan, with reference to the foreign advanced experience, the gas station management system is be developed for CNPC. The system to establish national centralized system architecture, the purpose is to realize data centralized management to reduce redundancy, avoid the information not consistent with headquarters.By the end of 2009,X company made some preparation for this system before it was going to use in gas station,and reformed and updated some modes of the gas station management system for environment, tankers and storage tank level meter and so on equipment facilities.Since April 2010 gas station management system in X company belongs to online operation,workers in gas stations found a lot of problems existed in the system,which greatly affect their daily work,on the other hand,the system dosen't work steadily, it is not only not to decrease worker pressure and promote efficiency,but also increase workload.This paper based on the user's perspective, according opinions from staff of gas station which is the main user of gas station management system made some evaluation and analysis about the actual operation of this system. In the actual investigation, this paper mainly take the scene in the interview from the use of gas station management system mode of a staff in material, in order to avoid collecting subjective error, to ensure the data authenticity and reliability, To ensure the objectivity of the conclusion of the study, this paper also collected X company information management department about the operation of the gas station management system some original records data, and review and analysis, with these data is completely based on the X company all gas station management system operation, so the seal of gas station corresponding analysis will make investigation conclusion more objective reality.Based on the user's evaluation perspective research analysis, this paper concluded that affect the normal operation of the gas station management system root cause is the system design defect; Business process optimization of gas station anticipated target at present and not fully realize; Gas station retail management system automatically generate oil statements of account accuracy of the real in the X the average of the company is only 87.63%, twelve conclusions were obtained in this paper. On this basis, this paper, from the system itself, "people's" defects, "environment" influence factors of influencing factors and so on four aspects put forward eleven proposals to improve.
