In order to realize the modernization of human resources management,to construct a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system,combined with the actual development of enterprises,determine the performance management objectives and measures,through the implementation of performance management system,to promote enterprise development goals.In the paper,the author first analyzes the concept of the meaning of performance appraisal,performance appraisal system,and realize that the performance appraisal should be a closed complete process.At the same time,the theoretical research on performance management includes target management,key performance indicators(KPI),etc..Secondly,this paper introduces the basic situation of Z expressway toll station,and introduces the existing performance evaluation system.Again,in the interview survey and questionnaire survey,the charge of the Z highway station staff performance appraisal system was researched,based on this investigation,points out the existing problems on performance management of toll station.If the performance management concept is backward,the performance management index design is not strong,the performance management and evaluation is subjective,the performance management results are not comprehensive,the lack of performance management and other supporting measures,etc..Finally,according to the actual situation of Z expressway toll station,to establish a scientific performance appraisal system,which mainly includes: toll station,the monitor,staff and other personnel in the design of performance index system,performance management objectives and work plan design,all kinds of personnel performance management system and performance management results feedback and complaints mechanism design and performance management results of effective application of mechanism design etc..Finally,the implementation of performance appraisal system of Z expressway toll station is proposed,which can guide the performance management of the toll station and ensure the realization of the company's strategic objectives.In short,the charge of the Z highway station as the research object,using the basic theory of the modern human resources management,in-depth analysis and Research on the current situation of performance appraisal of the toll station,analyzes the existing problems,and put forward the scientific solution.Therefore,it is expected that the study of this paper can be used for reference to the improvement of the performance appraisal of other toll stations,which can effectively improve the overall efficiency of the highway toll station.
