According to a series of current incentive system problems occurred in Gansu Electric Power Research Institute which performance being not perfect, unreasonable compensation distribution,high-end talent loss, high level, influential talent lack affecting research work, most experts working in technical supervision and technical service,the development of science and technology relative lag, all these can not adapt to the reform of the electric power grid construction requirements. This paper uses motivation theories and a questionnaire survey to analyze the existing staff mechanism issues in-depth, finding out the knowledge employee salary incentive problem of fairness, young employees lack the impetus to the development of the cause, evaluation system, occupation career planning, the building of enterprise culture, incentive mechanism of one-sided and other reasons, in view of the above question carries on the thorough analysis, put forward a scientific and reasonable salary performance solutions, and brings out the EPRI characteristics of the occupation career planning and enterprise culture implementation proposal, complemented by innovative use of EAP service system, on the EPRI staff incentives improvement prospect is of great significance.
