Project feasibility study is a scientific approach to technical and economic research toward a project in the primary stage of investment. It has made feasibility study increasingly mature by the decades. As a result, feasibility study has been playing a significant role in guaranteeing optimal economic and social benefit of a project and has therefore found wide application in global economic life.This thesis is combination of feasibility theory and practice. Theory provides guidance for practice and is instrumental in practice. According to the characteristics of the project this thesis integrated use of more advanced home and abroad for the proposed new project from the macro-environment, regional market dynamic development, the project's location, risk evaluation, financial evaluation and project implementation issues related to a comprehensive analysis and demonstration. Paper Co., Ltd. of Heilongjiang Dairy Australia Dairy farming good project planning and design for the new background of the large-scale dairy farming enterprise project planning and design of new theories and methods in the hope that the planning and design companies to provide similar information to promote dairy production business expansion planning levels.In this paper suggestions have been made for this project's reference.
