The post-evaluation of the social benefit for highway projects is the Important component of the Post-project evaluation, on the perspective of the whole of society, it systematic analysis,summary and comprehensive scientific assessment of the affecting regional's macroeconomic development social progress natural, resources and environment, political stability and foreign exchange impact.According to the related documents evaluation principles and methods, this paper discusses the concepts,principles,meanings of the post-evaluation of the social benefit for highway projects, construct the evaluation index system, and analysis each individual index. From the social economic benefits and social composite benefits, this paper analysis the evaluation method. On the social economic benefits, this paper discusses in detail of the theory of gray and gray model theory, as well as their applications, and on the social composite benefits, emphasis researches AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, finally, the two methods are comprehensively analyzed to AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.On the basis of the YuHe Highway, this paper uses the gray forecasting model, and uses computer programming to achieve the project's GDP, primary industry, secondary industry, tertiary industry fitting and prediction on the quantitative analysis of social benefits, finally, tests the accuracy and get a good result. On the social composite benefits, the writer researches it using AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, at last, according to the principle of maximum membership degree, obtains that the project appertaining a level of better.
