Performance evaluation is the problem that each company will confront and also the difficulty that the company will meet while evaluating an employee's performance. On basis of summarizing the theory relating to the performance evaluation and analyzing the characteristics of human resources management, the paper studied the RL Company's existing performance evaluation system. Through the ways such as questionnaire survey, interview to collect the data, by analyzing the collections and combining the characteristics of knowledge-type staff assessment and the actual situation of the company, the paper put forward the suggestions to optimize performance evaluation system to the establish the classification performance evaluation system and the performance evaluation based on the performance project and the strategy oriented KPI index system and the application process of the complete performance evaluation results and the implementation measures to optimize the performance evaluation system.This paper combined the thoughts of 360-degree feedback assessment method and Key Performance Index method of integration to establish the performance evaluation system directed by the post, which thinks that the comprehensive quality and work performance are equaled important. The significance of the paper is to help enterprises organizations to realize their strategic goals and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Design of performance evaluation system has some practical significance for similar designing institutes and reformed enterprises.
