Study On The Development Of Eco-Industrial Parks In Jiangxi Province

Eco-industrial park is the main implementation body of circular economy, therefore, the study of it has great significance both on helping Jiangxi rise in central China and promoting the construction of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Region.This paper begined by describing the relevant theories as the Circular Economy. Principles of Industrial Ecology,Cleaner Production and the theoretical content and features of Eco-industrial park. Then, macroscopically,this paper analyzed the characteristics and problems existed in the development of eco-industrial parks in' Jiangxi province, and by use of SWOT-PEST analysis model, it proposed the four development strategies, namely, characteristic eco-industrial park strategy, strategically emerging industries development strategy, scientific and technical innovation strategy, and cleaner production strategy, to promote eco-industrial parks developing. Afterwards, this paper carried out the empirical study on new materials industry of Nanchang Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, analyzing industrial development initiatives based on circular economy from the aspects of main chain industry, make-up chain industry, and pollution control. Finally, at the enterprise level, the park level, and the regional level respectively, measures of accelerating the development of eco-industrial parks of Jiangxi Province were proposed, including building system of interest incentives, promoting cleaner production, creating industrial chain of circular economy, making great efforts to develop strategically new industries, constructing characteristic eco-industrial parks, and establishing eco-industrial park information platform system.
