From The Perspective Of Confucianism Private Enterprise Management Personnel Quality Training Research

With the rapid development of Chinese economy, large quantities of farmers flooded into cities.With the acceleration of urbanization, the scale of the private enterprises in China is co ntinuously expanding. More and more private entrepreneurs realize that the current enterprise development bottleneck is no longer financing, technology, product and price, but the enterpri se lacks the high quality management personnel. Especially in our country most private enterp rises have experienced the "primitive accumulation" stage of development, entered the the key period of transformation of the mode of economic development, innovation development patt ern. Relying only on original family members, relatives and friends to sustain the enterprise's sustainable development has been impossible.The private enterprise want to further develop, to go sustained and stable development ro ad according to the country " the Twelfth Five-year Program" programming said,we will have to take talents problems and management problems as the main work line of the enterprise an d take it seriously. The enterprise who owns more talents will emerge in market competition a nd hold the invincible position. Therefore, talents, especially management talents problem is t he key of whether the enterprise can do big and strong and develop sustainable.And it is a hot topic which should attract the private enterprise's actively attention.The people grow up in traditional Chinese culture which exerts great influence to people' s thought and cultural behavior, especially in a native private enterprises.Manager's thoughts is guided by culture, especially the Confucian culture which influence us most. This article sel ects the Confucian culture aspect to research the private enterprise managemer's talents cultiv ation. This paper firstly introduces the concept of private enterprise,manager, private enterpri se manager, demonstrating how Confucianism evaluate manager.And we analyzed the presen t situation, problem and cause of private enterprise manager's quality.Finally we search ideas and measures to enhance the private enterprise manager's quality under the guidance of the Confucian spiritual culture.
