Cofco meat company was founded in 2009 and successfully listed in Hong Kong in 2016.At present,cofco meat company is in a stage of rapid development.The rapid expansion of the company has also led to a huge gap in professional talents.Because of the meat industry and specialization is strong,hard simple external recruitment can't meet the demand of company's talent,and some by marketization well-paid external managers,because can't adapt to the culture of the central enterprises,as well as a variety of soe system limit erosion,the shortage of talent to the company's business development has brought trouble and resistance.Faced with the rapid expansion of corporate business,especially in the context of the pilot reform of state-owned capital investment,how to support the rapid expansion of business development in the talent cultivation system has become a difficult point in the rapid expansion of cofco's business.This paper tries to study the strategic course,industry characteristics and personnel training system of cofco through literature research and empirical analysis.Firstly,the background and significance of the research on talent cultivation system of grain and meat holding co.,LTD were clarified,the current status of the talent cultivation field at home and abroad was introduced,and the relevant basic theories of talent cultivation were studied.And then introduces the basic situation of cofco meat company,strategic planning and status quo of talents cultivation,mainly from grain meat company's departure,competency model of personnel training,training,compensation system,talent development,incentive examining aspects has carried on the comprehensive analysis,points out the cofco meat company there are a series of problems in personnel training,such as: talent cultivation strategy planning is not sound,lack of talents recruitment configuration,talents training and development is imperfect,the talent training professional channel is not comprehensive,detailed analysis of its causes.Finally,the paper puts forward some Suggestions for improvement,including perfecting the strategic planning of personnel training,strengthening the recruitment and allocation of personnel training,perfecting the training and development of personnel training,and widening the channels for talent development.The research in this paper is of great significance to the meat business of cofco at the stage of rapid development,and it can also be used for reference to some large state-owned enterprises at the initial stage of reform.
