The Analysis Of The Restructuring And Complexity Of The E-commerce Talent Cultivation System For Secondary Vocational Schools

With the advance of modern information technologies, the E-commerce industry has been experiencing fast development. The E-commerce economy has also become an important component of social economy. The high demand for E-commerce talent in the society has urged many schools to place higher value on the cultivation of E-commerce talent. A large number of secondary vocational schools have already offered the E-commerce program. However, considering that the E-commerce is a subject with strong practical and innovative feature, the traditional teaching mode is no longer suitable for E-commerce, thus making it an urgent task to reform the teaching system and restructure the course system.By employing some survey methods such as questionnaire and expert investigation, this paper aims to analyze the current situation of E-commerce talent cultivation in secondary vocational school. Based on the feature of student source, local economy, teaching staff building and teaching resource in less-developed area, this paper has analyzed the complexity of E-commerce talent cultivation system. The influencing factors of E-commerce talent cultivation system in secondary vocational school have been classified into four groups. Each group will be further broken down into two smaller groups. The analytic hierarchy process is adopted to analyze the system, leading to the weight ranking of four improvement measures. In order to better apply the four improvement measures to the actual teaching management, this paper has also worked out the seven indexes, whose weight will be ranked through item-by-item comparison and KLEE method. By displaying the actual case, this paper has also verified the ranking of the four improvement measures. It is found that the research result consists with the survey result. Hence, those secondary vocational schools in less-developed area should take appropriate measures to improve their system of E-commerce talent cultivation according to their own actual condition.Lastly, this paper has displayed the student-overall-quality evaluation system and teacher-overall-quality evaluation system in the form of list. Those schools can complete the two evaluation systems according to the content of management appraisal, which will be reflected in the restructuring and management of E-commerce talent cultivation system.
