CSR(corporation social responsibility) is an important problem in the world.Along with the relation between our country and the world strengthen increasingly ,the CSR getting more and more attention by public business people and scholars .A premise to propel the development of CSR is that people should identify with CSR .So it's important to realize the condition about the private enterprise staff's identification to CSR .This object of the study in this paper is he condition about the private enterprise staff's identification to CSR ,from that ,we can have a good knowledge of the CSR implementation situation and the problems in the private enterprise ,and then find out any weaknesses that need to improve ,in order to do my bit to the development of CSR .The main research method in my paper is questionnaire survey , case interviews , literature analysis method and statistical analysis method ,there also three clues in my paper .Firstly , I have a research on the private enterprise staff's identification to CSR ;secondly ,deal with the condition about the private enterprise staff's identification to CSR then find out the problems in it ;finally ,offer some solutions to elevate the condition about the private enterprise staff's identification to CSR .
