Along with the rapid development of oilfield and the application of new technology, the traditional production organization and management are not adapt to the rapid development. In order to solve the basic contradictions about production ,development and management .The grant of the relative Digital oilfield management is born. Production is a complex management system which Consisting of production resources, production equipment, production technology, production technology and production workers. This crucial of this system is workers, such as equipment operation, technology development application and Technology design. How to develop it from the aspect of oilfield, besides good exploitable recourse, on the other hand is pays special attention to the person's management work. When we do a good job of the Managemen of Human Resource, we can ensure a good Organization Structure and the effective Management System. Stress management of the human resources , this article will pay special attention to talent strategy, man-oriented humanist management。Update talents working ideas, laying equal stress on development and management,explore more flexible working mind ideas, build the environment that suitable for talented person growth。How to strengthen and improve human resource management, create a sound environment which could attract and keep talents, bring talents' subjective initiative into full play is the practical problems faced not only by oilfields managers but also leading organizations at all levels and the human resources administration departments.This article described the present situation of human resource development and management in the digital field project, introduced the specific characteristics of the present enterprise human resources development and management, analysed and researched the present existing problems.It also pionted out the hazards of these problems to the enterprise and designed strengthening human resources management and countermeasures in the digital field project.This article based on my practical work and research in the field, as the third oil plant of Changqing oil field Perochina for example, designed the working group model, human resource allocation and personnel incentive mode in the digital field project. By the supportment of the related human resources management theory and the design of the human resource management in the digital field project, we hope we can improve and promote the human resource management and provide the reference value to other enterprises in the digital field project.
