| With the accelerating urbanization process in our country, the traffic congestion problem has become the general phenomenon of cities, especially in big cities, in order to alleviate the increasingly serious "city disease", developing rail transit is an effective solution. The subway construction and the development of the city is linked together, urban rail transit has great demand for all aspects of the resources, and appropriate, adequate human resources is the fundamental industry development, rational utilization and efficient allocation of human resources to make the orbit transportation construction project run smoothly.First of all, this paper expounds the research background, significance of the paper, the research status at home and abroad, methods and the content in detail. According to the research method and technical route summed up the article’s main research content, this paper introduces the engineering projects and the related theories of human resource management and configuration.Second, combines with the specific case of urban rail transit project-Hangzhou Metro Line 2, the human resource status of the project is analyzed in this paper, projects in the aspects of human resource management are pointed out, such as management, technical personnel and labor service personnel are not harmonious, employees and posts do not match, organizations, rules and regulations are not sound, management organization setup is not reasonable, and so on. This paper also points out the defects of urban rail transit construction projects:project human resource flow is more frequent, human resources related organizations are not set up reasonable enough, corresponding rewards and punishment incentive mechanism are imperfect and so on, providing a realistic basis for building the human resource management system.Again, this paper describes on urban rail transit project of human resource management system of the content, studies the Hangzhou Metro Line 2 the first phase of the project management and human resource configuration and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions and improvements to improve project management level and the effect of human resource configuration.In a word, the paper is based on project management and in-depth analysis of human resource management theory in human resources on the basis of relevant theories at home and abroad for reference, combines with the practice of Hangzhou urban rail transit, puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies and specific implementation suggestions, and it has important reference value on the construction of urban rail transit engineering project management and human resource management. |
