| The slow development and instability of revenue flow is the common phenomenon that the most small and medium size technology based enterprise are now facing in China, on the other hand, the development of small and medium size enterprises play a significant role in the development course of China's economy, which requires more attention and deeper study on how to improve and solve the operational problems in the general management of China's SME.This dissertation had some analysis and research on the management problems, the core competitiveness, and value chain of a company in Shanghai called Company BCT, and conducted the theory and strategy of Pricing and Revenue Optimization at company BCT based on the result of analysis and research, which fundamentally contributes a better revenue situation at company BCT. The results of this dissertation not only solved the management problem of revenues instability at BCT but also provide some practical and significant references to other similar small and medium size technology based enterprises.The dissertation consists of four chapters, chapter one introduces the research methods,the framework,the main theoretical basis of the dissertation, and the Porter's five forces model, industry value chain and"Pricing and Revenue Optimization theory "involved" in the dissertation are also introduced in the chapter one. Chapter two mainly introduces the background of BCT and the operation condition of which, it also raises the revenue instability and other management problem of the company BCT that is what the dissertation needs to study and solve. Chapter three and four are the main section that the dissertation focus, among them, the chapter three analyzed company BCT's competitiveness by using the analysis tools such as the SWOT model and Porter's five forces model, it can be inferred based on the analysis results that taking the pricing and revenue optimization management is an effective way to solve company BCT's revenue instability problem. Chapter four describes the implementation of pricing and revenue optimization strategy at company BCT. The conditions and the feasibility for the differtial pricing strategy at company BCT are analyzed, the specific implementation method of the differential pricing and the impact on customers caused by are described in this chapter, the financial data comparison are also taken after the new strategy carried, which verified the necessity and the effectiveness of the new strategy at company BCT. Chapter five is the findings of the dissertation and outlook opinion. |
