Coordinate Development Of Ecological Industry And Regional Economic:theory And Empirical Study

Since the reform and opening, China has achieved rapid economic development,with fast improving of people's living standards. However, in the process of economic development,there has been gradually revealed some problems and contradictions, especially in the economic and social development and ecological imbalance in resources and the environment, regional economic development issues such as the widening gap has been on the healthy development of China's economic and social formation of a certain constraint . In recent years, central and western China took a leap-forward development of the strategy which is uesd to narrow the gap, has caused serious damage to the ecological environment; At the same time, the development gap between regions has not been significantly reduced, thus fall into a backward Pollution behind a vicious cycle. In this background, the paper create a way to promote industrial ecology through the construction of ecological civilization and to achieve coordinated development of regional economy.The article is focus on the internal mechanism of coordinated development of ecological industry and regional economy,analysising from both theoretical and empirical.At first, on the basis of reviewing existed theories of domestic and foreign literature and empirical research.Then, we construct the index system of industrial ecology in the regional system, including the five areas, 22 indicators were used to AHP hierarchical analysis and principal component analysis on the level of industrial ecology in China's provinces and empirical research. Furthermore, the level of the regional industrial ecology and regional development level of correlation analysis, further evidence of industrial ecology and regional economic coordinated development of interaction and internal relations. On this basis, as to promote the development of industrial ecology and the coordinated development of regional economy, the paper give some corresponding policy recommendations.
