Research On The Coordinated Development Of Technical Innovation In High-tech Industry And Regional Economy In The Central Regionion

Since the 21 st century,China's social economy has developed rapidly and its international status has been increasing.Among them,the role of innovation has played a significant role in promoting development.The development of high-tech industries based on technological innovation has gradually become an important means for countries to improve their international status.The view that industrial technological innovation can effectively promote the further development of the economy has been recognized by most scholars,and a great deal of research has been done based on this.According to comprehensive research results,there are still some deficiencies.The shortcomings are mainly reflected in the limited contents and perspectives of the research and limited research methods.The use of statistical methods to analyze the technological innovation of high-tech industries and the coordinated development of regional economies is slightly lacking.Research of the analysis of the degree with linkage and separation of indicators used to analyze the internal causes and development trends of the system is rarer.Based on this,this paper combines existing theories and research results,Select the indicator data that can measure the level of coordinated development of industrial technology innovation and regional economy in the central region from 2006 to 2015,Applying the entropy method and TOPSIS method to comprehensively analyze the level of industrial technological innovation and regional economic development,in accordance with the coordinated development model,the coordinated development of overall and provinces high-tech industry technological innovation and regional economy in and central regions have been achieved.Finally,using the set-pair situation analysis method,based on the characteristics of the system structure,analyzing the indicators degree of connection and separation of the industrial technology innovation system and regional economic development system,exploring the development direction that the system mainly focuses on in the development process,analyzing the deficiencies in the development process and future development trends.Finally get the following conclusions:(1)The level of technological innovation in high-tech industries not only has an interactive relationship with the level of regional economic development,but also has an important influence on the level of coordinated development between technological innovation and regional economy;(2)The overall coordinated development level in the central region showed a fluctuating upward trend.From an imbalanced state to a medium-level coordination state,the overall development situation is gradually improving.Among provinces,the provinces of Hubei,Henan,and Anhui have better levels of technological innovation,regional economy,and coordinated development;the level of technological innovation in Hunan Province has increased year by year,making the level of coordinated development with the economy increase year by year;Jiangxi Province,although the level of technological innovation is weak However,the level of economic development and coordinated development of the system is at a medium level;the technological innovation,economic development and coordinated development of the two systems in Shanxi Province are relatively low,and they are at the bottom in the central region;(3)The development of high-tech industries in the central region was relatively unstable in the early stages,and the development of indicators was not balanced.It was somewhat improved after adjustment in the later period.Looking back at the development of regional economy,the level of early development is relatively stable.The development of various indicators has been constantly balanced,but there has been slight fluctuations in the latter part.Attention must be paid and adjustments must be made in a timely manner.Finally,according to the analysis results,the article gives targeted adjustment suggestions from the perspectives of industrial development,regional characteristics,resource allocation and system coordinated development.
