The M&A have increased because of the Economics globalization.The M&A have been one of the most important means for the firms expanding international markets and acquiring resources and the tacit knowledge transfer after the M&A has been the main measure to strengthen competitive advantage of enterprises.Successful tacit knowledge transfer is the key to get and use more knowledge,this paper mainly studies interpersonal trust how to influence tacit knowledge transfer in M&A and we take the Baosteel Group Corporation as an example.This dissertation focuses on how to improve the result of knowledge transfer in M&A enterprises and strengthen its competitive advantage. Firstly,on the base of the literature research,with the actual research,we divide the interpersonal trust into affective trust,cognitive trust and institutional trust.Form the perspective of three dimensions of interpersonal trust,we research the process component of knowledge transfer in M&A,whose are the main body of knowledge transfer will of tacit knowledge transfer,usefulness of knowledge transfer and mode of tacit knowledge transfer, the author analyze the interpersonal trust how to influence tacit knowledge transfer,then put forward theoretical hypothesis and build the concept model of interpersonal trust and tacit knowledge transfer.The dissertation uses the mind of empirical analysis for test hypothesis. Through the questionnaire survey on Baosteel Group Corporation,212 valid questionnaires are collected, then make use of investigation and design the variables in dissertation by questionnaires and analysis of reliability and validity.The variables of interpersonal trust and tacit knowledge transfer are designed by revising and creating.In order that these variables designed really describe the interpersonal trust and tacit knowledge transfer in M&A. The author analyse the data using SPSS,LISREL software.By verifying the whole model and modifying the model, we get a good result. Empirical results show that the process of tacit knowledge transfer in M&A that affection trust has positive influences on tacit knowledge transfer willness,nsfer usefulness and transfer mode.But cognition trust has negative influences on tacit knowledge transfer usefulness and transfer mode.There is a positive correlation between institutional trust and tacit knowledge transfer will. Finally, make a conclusion and state the shortcomings and the innovations of the paper.
