Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is an effective approach to achieve notable improvement for modern corporations. Marketing management process optimization of Baotian Company is discussed in this dissertation based on the idea of process optimization, using information technology and modern management theory, through the way of factual proof.This dissertation begins with the research of basic BPR theory. First, the concept, main idea and character of BPR theory are described. Then a case of successful domestic application of BPR, the relation of BPR and information system and the future development of BPR are introduced. Second, recognize the existing marketing process of Baotian, select the key processes need optimization and analyze the problems exist among them, and optimized the marketing management process. Then build the modules of information system using the consequence of process optimization by the support of information technology. Finally, check the effect of process optimization through comparing the efficiency, benefit and flexibility before and after the optimization.This dissertation provides an effective way to optimize the marketing management process of Baotian Company. With the market competition much severer today, enterprises can solve the problem in management, optimize the process and enhance the ability of competition through the use of BRP, then they can adapt to the environment of information revolution and globalization.
