With the ever-changing science and technology, electrical and electronic products update faster and faster, the amount of waste continues to surge significantly which has affected the natural environment for human survival. On the one hand, the government introduced a series of environmental laws and regulations forcing manufacturers to recycle waste products, on the other hand, declining energy prices and rising raw material costs erode the savings of technological innovation, so manufacturing companies began to pay attention to the recycling of waste products. At the same time, companies also find recycling waste can not only contribute to environmental protection, but also reduces production costs and improve profits.Firstly, the theory studies the current situation and the domestic and foreign research foundation of CLSC(Closed-loop supply chain), then establishes a closed-loop supply chain optimization model with the ability to handle a variety of restrictions of electrical and electronic products. Model constructed closed loop supply chain system including retailer-RSP-environmental protection equipment or plant (including parts suppliers provide parts to the factory)-Distribution Center-retailer, fully taking into account the electronic recycling processes and government policies to maximize profit as the objective function to handle the amount of reflux of products and each node processing capacity constraints.Monetary factors considered in the model include product sales, government subsidies, recycling costs, transportation costs, testing classification costs, and ultimately disposal costs, manufacturing costs of the different levels of products, the cost of providing new parts and so on. After the model is complete, the paper considers a case of Iphone recycling which analyzes the impact of changes on the relevant parameters of nodes and manufacture of recovery through numerical simulation model. Closed-loop supply chain model from the paper can optimize node arrangement reasonably determining product recovery, repair, remanufacturing proportion, allowing companies to achieve the maximum profit by recycling.Based on the closed-loop supply chain model of remanufacturing, remanufactured product pricing will affect the whole profit of loop supply chain. Therefore, an effective pricing strategy can solve uncertain recovery quantity question. Based on the pricing policy model including module repair, vendors and consumers, the main consideration is at the Stackelberg game beteween retailers and consumers, analyzing the retailers and consumers in cooperation and non-cooperation case and ultimately drawding five conclusions under different parameters. After the model is complete, a recycling case of Xixi Cyberport mobile phone shop is used to verify the conclusions of the model.After researching the pricing game between retailer and consumers, the paper continues to consider the pricing game between retailer and manufacturers, taking into account government policy. Seller is responsible for waste materials recycling remanufacturing loop supply chain system after leading manufacturer make decision. The game model of closed-loop supply chain considers manufacturing products, remanufactured products, recycling waste products to optimize pricing decisions. When the parameters satisfy certain conditions, the supply chain profit is less under decentralized decision, product retail price is greater in centralized decision, the recovery amount is more in the centralized decision-making.In the future, enterprises in the implementation of closed-loop supply chain and manufacturing can also add recycling warehouse, used parts market network nodes, which makes the model more close to reality. In the pricing model put forward in this paper, recovery amount related to other factors are the direction of further research. At the same time pricing model only considers the effect of government constraints on the manufacturer, it can further considers the impact on the retailer's situation.
