Remanufacture can adequately save the sources of energy and protect environment, and promote social sustainable development. Enforcement of remanufacture needs support of logistics network, thus, effectively recycles and makes use of scrap product and sales reproducing products. Whether recycling network for remanufacturing products is good or bad directly influences result of enforcement of remanufacture. Therefore, the research on the problem of recycling network for remanufacture has important meaning of theory and reality.Aiming at status quo which home and abroad research and the feature of recycling network for remanufacturing, those home and abroad presently research and the feature of recycling network for remanufacturing are analyzed, and the mode of remanufacture product recovery is chose, thus the optimal mode of remanufacture product recovery is found out; At last, the recycling network for remanufacturing is established in the optimal mode of recovery.Recycling network for remanufacturing product collects scrap products by initial recovery point and transports recycling scrap products to processing center of recovery. In processing center of recovery, scrap products which are transported are detected to determine suitable processing scheme by which they are sorted. After detecting and sorting, the valuable products and spare parts are transported to remanufacturing factory, and scrap products and spare parts which are not reused are destroyed due to skill or economy. Remanufacture product recovery is probabilistic, mainly in the quantity, quality and time of recovery product, and so on, so when recycling network for remanufacturing product is established, these uncertain factors are taken into account, and when establishing model, the probabilistic variables are expressed by random variable, at the same time, constraint condition of random variable are expressed by opportunity constraints. When solving the model, opportunity constraint programming is transformed for equivalent deterministic model by equivalent means, thus the model is solved by Lingo. Aiming at problem of design on product recycling network for a third party recycling businesses, using model of stochastic programming and opportunity constraint, recycling network for remanufacturing product is designed, and operation result indicates that all-in cost reduces, thus effectiveness of model is proved. At last, aiming at existing obstacle in the business process, the guarantee which recycling network for remanufacturing product is in business process is given.
