Based On The Core Enterprise Supply Chain Time Markov Model

Under intense competition, the customer diversification and personalization of demand trends, coupled with the business-to-time is difficult to grasp,leading to rapid increase in the cost of business operations. Products stay in the market and spending less time, enterprises are facing tremendous pressure. Market has experienced price and quality competition stage, the time to gradually become another key to survive in the market. Traditional supply chain management is to improve service levels and reduce costs as the goal, but because of technological progress and social development, the core of modern supply chain management will be transferred to grasp the information of immediacy and the fast response of the every cycle of the supply chain, and time is the key to solving many problems. Therefore, this paper has done some research on the time of the supply chain.In this paper, the supply chain and supply chain management concepts are defined, based on the time uncertainty for the current supply chain and the difficult calculation of the total response time of the supply chain, proposed using the concept of supply chain cycle time to reduce the time of the supply chain losses, and introduced the calculation of supply chain cycle time based on the core enterprise. Then Grey Relation Analysis are adopted to analyze the supply chain on the time factor in the association analysis to determine the factor of the supply chain cycle time. Then explore the use of Markov process to analyze the feasibility of the supply chain cycle time, and analysis its probability distribution function of the total supply chain cycle time,through the calculation of total supply chain cycle time to identify the state transition matrix of the three key factors. Finally, after the discussion on the three variables, this paper summed up the optimization of the supply chain factors and method for supply chain management of a new theoretical basis.
