Research On Evaluation And Control The Risk Of Warehouse Receipt Based On Comprehensive Risk Index Model

Based on the function of guarantee corporation, we can avoid the risks of the pledged of warehouse receipts in the following aspects:to streamline the processes in the participation of the guarantee corporation; using the website to establish the special receipt trading platform; besides, to guide the standardized and scaled warehouse; to produce a unified form of warehouse receipts; in addition, to establish a special evaluation department; to establish and improve relevant laws and regulations; moreover, to secure and share the information, promote the establishment corporate credit file; to strengthen the research of the new industries, new markets and new products, etc., so as to make sure the guarantee corporation play a role of bridge in the business of warehouse receipts pledged, and to regulate and expand the guarantee corporation's practices. As the management and monitoring system of the guarantee corporation is not perfect in China, some business practices and certain improvements may not be protected by the laws or there exist the regulatory gaps. However, if we look into the future demand of this business, as the integration degree of the financial system continues to increase, the regulated practices involved by the Guarantee Corporation will face a more promising breakthrough.
