The purpose of this study is trying to optimize the cell production and improve the production system in response to present production and delivery requirements by studying the cell production implement in H Company to optimize the operation process, combined with the actual cell production process for the purpose of cell production operation optimizing for many varieties and small batch manufacturing on the basis of deep analysis for H company's current status of many varieties and small batch manufacturing.Firstly, it analysis operation model of the cell production adapting to develop company combined with the multi-item small-slot setting, especially the features and notes of one piece flow. It points out cell production optimizing should start at training labor power including compound talent, layout and miniaturizing facilities. It also shows the features of the modularizing product and production shortcoming in H Company that this operation system couldn't apply to most of the products or only limited to production-manufacturing and explains the serious of apply to the logistic and planning and the urgency of optimizing cell production , and also analysis the cause and indicats the possibility that using cell production deal with the current problem.Then it analyzes and discusses the connotation of cell production, the main supporting technologies and the logical relationship between them, also points out the logic diagram of the house structure for the cell production, and which focuse on the supporting role about JIT and automation to the "Quality, delivery, cost, flexibility", specific analysis to equalization, synchronization & miniaturization, short switch time, low inventory, zero defects, zero fault and low languishment. It proves the suitability about cell production to current station of H Company based on studying the flexibility of production schedules, quick changeover to reduce the delay hours, easy communication between stuff, lead time of the process, workload in the process, the loss of the line imbalance, affirmative duties of the stuff and quality improvement by compairing the cell production and large qualities production. Last it put forward the solution of the cell line process combined H company status that includes improving stuff's powers of perception, flow production, basic knowledge and rules of JIT, implementation for total stuff improvment , stability and balance production, super market production and timely production.Third, the combined company's operating status analysis and optimization unit of analysis, further analysis of the unit of work to optimize the H company's specific program design and implementation. Which states that a unit of production process design and volume flexibility, quality one-piece flow protection and shorten the production cycle characteristics, combined with the H's "custom" of product demand and product demand in a timely manner the status and enforceability . Employees that the H unit of work factors on the implementation of several important improvements to improve the impact and affect the implementation approach. Highlighted the company's existing staff base and good quality with the need to strengthen the importance of proposed training for different personnel structures were the principle that rotation training and "multi-skill" training. Then the H line of the body's modular products, equipment, ideas and open governance tools, tooling from research to optimize the implementation of the method, and the test environment the applicability of the product of the implementation strategy. With a unit of work to optimize the implementation process of quantitative analysis of the specific fragment to verify the suitability of the program, including use of AHP for the unit operating line, 12 lines, 21 lines three line body of a mathematical model to arrive at unit of practices consistent with satisfaction, units from the model confirmed the superiority of the operating mode of the line. The effect of the implementation status and verify that a real-time control method, specific to the waste of non-performing correction control, including QC tools, the quality of statistical techniques, total quality management; manufacturing process optimization to waste too much control, processing of excess waste control, waste handling optimal control, optimal control of library materials to waste too much, wait for optimal control of waste, waste of optimal control action, etc.Meanwhile, it studys the limitation of cell production under the multi-item small- slot deeply, on basis of which analyzes the features and process requirement of the multi-item small-lot. Then it brings about the standard and modulariztion products based on customer participation and the design idea of production system, improve the cell operation from single piece folw and prompt production , and proposes the mixed control for manufacture and logistics. Thus, the promotion of lean production system get improved under multi-item small-slot environment.Finally, it evaluates implementation status of cell production system in H Company and sums up this thesis. The evaluation includes human, machine, material, method, and other aspects , especially for the effects of job rotation and "multi-skill" training work in the cell operation, implementation effect of the automation improvement and overall maintenance for the equipment and inspection process, "bacswimmer" of the material delivery method and promotion of the delivery for JIT-based supplier evaluation, co-workers based on lean production methods of human factors and human machine analysis .Meanwhile, it sums up the studies of the process method , human trainning, quality improvement and operation program. Quatlity control and method are established based on automation method and JIT tool. Also it proposed a continual improvment model based on lean production and multi-item small- lot production process.While it indicates the explanation for the parts of non-reseach in this paper-such as drawing up timely operation method with the company development to the prospects of this study.
