Study On Improving Comprehensive Competitiveness Of JJZ Co.

Companies have faced many new international competitive environments, with more and more foreign companies coming into our country and our some enterprises coming out after joining the WTO. Chinese enterprises are subject to the challenge of foreign enterprises in all aspects of technology, management and systems, domestic market and international market increasingly fuzzy boundaries, market boundaries become increasingly internationalized, and Chinese enterprises face the more intense competition. Enterprise competition changes in the environment, and enterprise content and new features make the enterprise face more and more fierce competition and challenges. Enterprise must focus on the competitive advantage of comprehensive cultivation, to enhance enterprise competitiveness.Domestic petroleum equipment are facing rare opportunities for development, with the current strong demand for petroleum engineering in development, if domestic petroleum equipment manufacturing industry want to acquire greater market in the international market, with price advantages besides, but also with excellent product quality and service levels. In early 2008, petroleum equipment manufacture Branch Headquarters set up overall co-ordination, planning the development of petroleum equipment manufacturing, taking oil equipment manufacturing as one of the Group's business segments. JJZ Company was established in the present situation of large changes in the domestic oil equipment manufacturing industry. As a subsidiary of the newly established subsidiary company of CNPC, JJZ Company developed rapidly in recent years, but there are still some problems.This paper pursues study on JJZ Company, under the situation of domestic petroleum equipment manufacturing changing, using theories and methods of management, economics and other disciplines, discussion on the basic theory and method of enterprise comprehensive competence evaluation. Construct enterprise comprehensive competitiveness evaluation index system, using the method of principal component analysis, combined with relevant data, and evaluate comprehensive competitiveness of JJZ Company to identify key factors of restricting its comprehensive competitiveness and guide principles, objectives and strategies of improving comprehensive competitiveness of JJZ Company.On the one hand, this paper constructs evaluation index system of comprehensive competitiveness on enterprises from the theoretical point, having a certain theoretical significance; on the other hand, this paper evaluates comprehensive competitiveness of JJZ Company, with the related data, and present countermeasure to improving comprehensive competitiveness of JJZ Company, having a great practical significance.
