| The engineering management often fails to keep pace with the construction subject to the market and investment. This makes it difficult to guarantee the engineering quality. Based on the analysis of the problems in communication engineering of China TieTong Telecommunications Corporation, the thesis presents a set of effective engineering management patterns that centers on the strategic objective of striving for brand, survival and development on the basis of quality. It points out that the quality of construction project is of significance to brand image of China TieTong Telecommunications Corporation, and it will be an efficient measure to lever the market up. Solutions to the quality control in communication engineering are also given to standardize the construction procedure for the purpose of improvement of project quality and reduction of costs in operation and maintenance.On the basis of research, the thesis analyzes the present situation, existing conflicts and defects in engineering construction by substantial evidence and leads to the feasibility and necessity of the pattern analysis and design of the quality control in communication engineering. Secondly, the thesis studies the theory of quality control pattern in engineering construction. By comparison between the evolution of the subject of project supervision and theory of quality control, it puts forward the quality control measures and brings forth new ideas in the design of quality control pattern that makes sense in practice. Theses measures include organization structure design of project quality management center, the design of emolument regulatory regime, achievement appraisal system and workflow of quality control. Finally, combined with the practical effect in the operation of quality control pattern, the thesis furnishes an explanation of the existing problems and the countermeasures in practical use and has a full view of the development direction of engineering construction management. |
