A Study Of The Impact Of Entrepreneurial Network On Resource Identification

New venture resource identification, entrepreneurial network, and entrepreneurial learning have been the hot issue in academe.Resource identification is related to the development and survival of the new venture, Resource Based Theory and Resource Dependence Theory emphasize the importance of the resource, it is a path way for the new venture to secure as more and more special resource as possible, obtaining the competitive advantages. The procedure of the resource identification can classify decide-based resource identification and opportunity-based resourece identification. According to the characteristics of the resource and the phase of the venture development, entrepreneur can use different ways to identify the resource needed by the new venture, then to grasp the resource, which flatten the way for the further development. Entrepreneurial learning is a procedure of conversion from the entrepreneurial experience to the entrepreneurial knowledge. During the procedure of the resource cognition, entrepreneur need amount of knowledge which from the entrepreneurial leanring. Entrepreneurial learning can divide empirical learning, vicarious and action learning,which have different effective for the entrepreneur. Through the analysis of the fators which influence entrepreneurial learning, we explicitly know the mediated function between the entrepreneurial network and the resource identification. Entrepreneurial network give a way for the entrepreneur to obtain information, resource and the surport of the society, which are good for identification and utility of the opportunities. Entrepreneurial content, governance and structure have different effect for the entrepreneurial learning resource identification. All these is for the resource identification.Thereby, this dissertation analyzes relevant theories of the resource identification, entrepreneurial network and entrepreneurial learning, if we consider the resource cognition as the aim, entrepreneurial network is the base, entrepreneurial learning mediated them, entrepreneurial network positively facilitate entrepreneurial learning and resource identification, entrepreneurial learning facilitate resource identification, at the same time mediated both of entrepreneurial network and resource identification.Although many schalars have obtained some achievements in resource cognition and the related concepts. But it is unsystematic and scattered for the relationship between entrepreneurial network and the entrepreneurial learning, between entrepreneurial network and resource identification, and the mediated relationship for the entrepreneurial learning to the entrepreneurial network and resource identification. So this dissertation bring entrepreneurial network, entrepreneurial learning, and resource identification to the frame work, according to the theories of the Resource based theory, Resource Dependence Theory, theories related resource identification, theories related entrepreneurial learning, entrepreneurial network. This dissertation consider the resource identification as the main clue, bridge entrepreneurial network and resource identification with entrepreneurial learning.The core context of this dissertation includes the following three parts. Firstly, deeply analyzes the relevant theories. Resource based theory underline the effectiveness of key resource to the new venture competitive advantages, which considered as the base of the resource identification. Resource Dependence Theory,underline the competence between resource and the context, indicated that such as the importance of the rerource and the location would influence the dependence on the other companies, which alse is the base of the resource identification. we deeply analyze revelant theories about resoure identificationn, such as resource's content, category, procedure, methd of the identification. At the same time, we explore the path which bridge from entrepreneurial network to the resource identification through entrepreneurial learning. We deeply analyze relevant theories about entrepreneurial leanring, focusing on the content of the entrepreneurial learning, procedure, medths, foctors which influence the entrepreneurial learning procedure, indicating the relationship between entrepreneurial learning, entrepreneurial network and reource identification. We deeply analyze relevant theories about entrepreneurial network,including intention of the entrepreneurial network, element of it, and so on, we also advance relevant theories about the relationship between entrepreneurial learning and resource identification.Secondly, we construct the frame work about entrepreneuring network, entrepreneuring learing and resource identifacation. Based on the previous theories, we classify the resource identification to decide-based resource identification and opportunity-based resourece identification , entrepreneurial network to formal network and informal network, entrepreneurial learning to emprical learning vicarious and action learning.Thirdly, based on the theory frame work, we advance relevant propositions between of the relerant factors: entrepreneurial network have positive effection on the resource identification; entrepreneurial learning has positive effection on the resource identification, and entreprneurial learning mediated between entrepreneurial network and resource identification; entreprneurial network has positive effetion on the entrepreneurial learning.This dissertation has the following innovations and the key point for the next researching. Firsly, we build the frame work about entrepreneurial network, entrepreneurial learning, resource identification. Although having many literatures about them, there is no relevant frame work. Secondly, we use Empirical Research Study to improve the hypothesis which have put forward in the dissertation, and point out the significance for the entrepreneur.
