Research On The Impact Of Entrepreneurial Learning On Opportunity Identification And Development

In recent years,more and more people in China have chosen to start their own businesses,and new ventures play an important role in the process of China's economic prosperity and development.The state and the government have introduced many entrepreneurial support policies to encourage entrepreneurship,and entrepreneurial activities are very active.However,the results of entrepreneurship are not satisfactory..The failure of entrepreneurship is mainly because entrepreneurs do not have enough understanding of the law of entrepreneurial practice.It is difficult to identify entrepreneurial opportunities without the support of entrepreneurial knowledge and resources in a changing entrepreneurial environment.Entrepreneurship opportunity recognition is the starting stage of entrepreneurship and plays a role in the whole entrepreneurial process.The important role is that entrepreneurs can't identify opportunities for entrepreneurs and can't develop opportunities.In response to this problem,relevant organizations have held various entrepreneurial guidance,training,and publicity activities to help entrepreneurs acquire relevant knowledge through entrepreneurship learning for identification and development.Opportunities,however,how do various forms of learning activities in the entrepreneurial market affect entrepreneurs' identification and development opportunities? This issue deserves our in-depth study.This paper firstly combs the existing literature on entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial self-efficacy,entrepreneurial network,opportunity identification and development,and builds an impact model of entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial self-efficacy on opportunity identification and development,and proposes entrepreneurship.The role of the network in regulating the mediating effects of models.In order to validate the research model,the study formed a final measurement questionnaire by reading relevant literature,field interview entrepreneurs and pre-study forms,and collected data by means of offline paper questionnaires and online electronic questionnaires,using SPSS17.0 and Amos21.0 empirically analyzes the data.The analysis draws three conclusions: First,exploratory learning has a significant positive impact on opportunity identification,and utilization learning has a significant positive impact on opportunity development.Entrepreneurial learning has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial self-efficacy,entrepreneurial self-efficacy sense has a significant positive impact on opportunity identification and development.Second,entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a part in mediating the path of entrepreneurship learning in the path of opportunity identification and development.Third,entrepreneurial self-efficacy in entrepreneurship learning and opportunity identification The mediating effect between them is influenced by the regulation of the entrepreneurial network.This paper studies the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial self-efficacy on opportunity identification and development,and discusses the regulatory role of entrepreneurial networks,constructs a regulated intermediary model,enriches the research model of entrepreneurial opportunities,and enriches the relevant research content of entrepreneurial learning.Provide theoretical guidance for entrepreneurs to identify the formation mechanism of entrepreneurial opportunity identification and development,and provide a theoretical basis for the government to formulate targeted entrepreneurial policies at different stages of entrepreneurship.
