In the past decades,entrepreneurship has been an economic and social developm-ent topic in the world.Entrepreneurship promotes the world economic efficiency,creates a great many jobs and increases employment rate.In China,a vivid situation of mass entrepreneurship and innovation has been formed.Although the index of starting a business is high in China,in contrast with developed countries,entrepreneurship driven by opportunity is low and new enterprise has very low innovation level.Increasing the proportion of opportunity-driven enterprises and innovation rate are the only way of economic transition and the essential choice that China makes to win the competition advantages in the world.However,those well-educated young college students are the undertaker of the responsibility and mission.Scholars think that entrepreneurship is a planning and conscious behavior.In the process of decided to create a new enterprise,entrepreneurial intention plays an important role.The government has taken measures to promote the entrepreneurial intention for college students and the higher institutions are appealed to utilizing more entrepreneurial forces to help the students overcome the misunderstanding of entrepreneurship.However,what factors will affect the students’ entrepreneurial intention? This study reviewed the research literature about the entrepreneurial intention in the past decades and found that schoolars applied different methods to study the factors that affect the entrepreneurial intention which focused on individual characteristics.The Global Entrepreneurship Monitor(2016)research reports that in 12 factors such as government policies,entrepreneurial education,etc.,entrepreneurial education and training in the school scored the lowest.One of the main factors that stop the student’s entrepreneurship is lack of study.Although the individual entrepreneurial intention is influenced by some innate factors,more importantly,the level of individual entrepreneurial intention can be increased by the acquired study.Li Xinchun(2000)points out that entrepreneur can be identified by study as a special mechanism.Through efficient study,college students can obtain the special knowledge about entrepreneurship and further improve the self-efficiency in entrepreneurship.Identification ability of entrepreneurial opportunity is an important approach for students to improve entrepreneurial intention.This essay reviews and combs the research literature about the entrepreneurial intention at home and abroad.From the perspective of entrepreneurial learning theory,based on social study theory,experiential learning theory,social network theory etc.,the essay goes into the influential mechanism that entrepreneurial learning has on entrepreneurial intention.(1)In the course of entrepreneurial learning,various learning patterns and behaviors exist and what kinds of learning activities have key influence on the entrepreneurial intention is one of the topics in this essay;(2)Introducing the self-efficiency and identification of entrepreneurial opportunity into the entrepreneurial learning and intention as a mediating variable,the essay tries to establish the conceptual model as entrepreneurial learning---self-efficiency and identification of entrepreneurial opportunity---entrepreneurial intention,therefore revealing the black box that entrepreneurial learning influences entrepreneurial intention;(3)Human entrepreneurial activity is a risky social behavior.Introducing risk perception as a regulated variable into the conceptual model as entrepreneurial learning---self-efficiency and identification of entrepreneurial opportunity---entrepre neurial intention,it is easy to explain the model.Through extensive reading of literature and combination of scenario study background in China,this essay puts forward the research topic that how the entrepreneurial learning influences the entrepreneurial intention.Firstly,through the in-depth analysis of theoretical logic relationship among five variables such as entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial intention,entrepreneurial self-efficiency,identification of entrepreneurial opportunity and risk perception,combined with structuring interview,theoretical derivation and hypothesis deduction,the theory model is structured and the research hypothesis of the essay is put forward.Secondly,through the interview design,designing variables,measurements,questionnaire and data collection process scientifically and reasonably,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are assured.Thirdly,through the descriptive analysis,reliability analysis,validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis etc.,351 samples are analyzed to empirically test 18 hypothesis in this essay.Finally,the essay discusses and analyzes the main research conclusions.The research contribution and innovation areconcluded,putting forward the entrepreneurship practice implications,the limitations of the study and future research direction.Through empirical analysis of questionnaire,this study comes to the following conclusion.(1)Experience learning and social network of entrepreneurial exerts significant positive influence on entrepreneurial intention,entrepreneurial self-efficiency and identification of entrepreneurial opportunity.Entrepreneurship education study exerts significant positive influence on entrepreneurial intention,entrepreneurial selfefficiency,don’t exerts significant positive influence on entrepreneurial opportunity identification.Different ways of entrepreneurial learning has different effects on individual entrepreneurial intention.(2)This study verifies the intermediation effect of entrepreneurial self-efficiency in the relationship of entrepreneurial education,experiential learning,social network learning and entrepreneurial intention.Individual entrepreneurial self-efficiency is not unchangeable and can be improve by different entrepreneurial learning methods,furtherly promoting the generation of entrepreneurial intention.(3)This study verifies the intermediation effect of entrepreneurial opportunity identification in the relationship of experiential learning,social network learning and entrepreneurial intention.Entrepreneurial opportunity identification in entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention without significant mediating role between.Through experiential learning and social network learning,the entrepreneurs can obtain more information and knowledge,reinforce the ability of entrepreneurial opportunity identification and improve the entrepreneurial intention.(4)This study verifies the negative regulating effect of risk perception between the entrepreneurial opportunity identification and entrepreneurial intention,which explains powerfully that in real entrepreneurial activity,some potential entrepreneurs improve their ability of entrepreneurial opportunity identification through entrepreneurial learning.However,because of high risk perception,individual entrepreneurs are worried worried that the failure will cause great loss and has low entrepreneurial intention.This study structures the research model of effect mechanism that entrepreneurial learning has on entrepreneurial intention and perfects the related theories of entrepreneurial intention from perspective of psychology and social cognition.Combining the theoretical contribution and practical effect,this study expands the research fromthe following aspects:(1)this study expands the types of entrepreneurial learning for students and brings the entrepreneurial education,experiential learning and social network learning into the research perspective,discussing the effect mechanism that different ways of entrepreneurial learning have on entrepreneurial intention;(2)Through introducing two intermediation variables as entrepreneurial self-efficiency and entrepreneurial opportunity identification and regulating variable as risk perception,tthis essay systematically structures the theoretical model of entrepreneurial learning---self-efficiency and entrepreneurial opportunity identification---entrepreneurial intention.Through applying social cognitive theory and cognitive logic chain,this essay analyzes how potential entrepreneurs’ entrepreneurial learning behaviors influence their entrepreneurial intention,which is different from previous mainstream research model of ability logic chain;(3)From dynamic perspective of entrepreneurial process,this study analyzes the important process of learning before entrepreneurship and generation of entrepreneurial intention.With cognition theory,this study tries to open this black box between the relationship of entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial intention,and empirically analyzes the theoretical model in this research.From the angle of dynamic enhanced the interpretive nature of entrepreneurial intention action.(4)This essay puts forward the theoretical model and empirical test that entrepreneuri al learning influences the entrepreneurial intention,and the evidence that entrepreneurial learning influences entrepreneurial self-efficiency,entrepreneurial opportunity identification and entrepreneurial intention.Finally,this study systematically analyzes and compares the entrepreneurial ecosystem between China and America in order to find out the present gap and provide the beneficial enlightenment for Chinese students’ entrepreneurial intention.
