Business managers can use three forces to influence the behavior of employees and mobilize their enthusiasm in work: One is the external economic forces, mainly referring to wages and salaries and other economic measures, including the work environment. One is the power derived from the work itself, and individuals can give play to their talent and achieve personal values by working. This influential power is related to the challenge and significance of the work. Another stems from personal beliefs and ideological system of values. The first two are the research areas of the traditional organizational behavior, reflecting the dominant ideology of meeting people's needs and the latter, which belongs to the social and cultural context, is the individual internal system of thoughts.The work values of employees are in endless variety and the requirements of the different enterprises for the employees are also different. Whether the employees are suitable to the enterprises or not depends on whether the values of their work are suitable for the development of the enterprises, and the "ruler" is the core values of the enterprise. In this paper, the 1980s'employees of Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd. are analyzed, the values of their work are studied, and the characteristics of their work values are obtained. In addition, the connotations of the core values of the company are explained, and the core elements of the core values are decomposed. The values of the 1980s'employees and the core values of CRC are compared and analyzed, the coincidence and conflicts of the work values of the 1980s'employees and the core values of the company are proposed, and the causes are analyzed, and finally the guiding strategy of the work values of the 1980s'employees is presented. It is pointed out that the 1980s'employees of the company have the active and diverse thoughts and strong ability to accept and to learn the new things as well as strong motivation of self-realization, self-achievement. They own many advantages, and many aspects of their work values are consistent with the core values of the company. The consistence of their work values and the core values of the company, based on the core values of the company, shall be encouraged by adjusting the adjustment policy, adjustment system and adjustment management practices, more platforms shall be provided and more carriers shall be created so that they can give play to their strengths and constantly carry out self-realization. Meanwhile, it is found through investigation that there exist some gaps between some 1980s'young employees and the requirements of the enterprise in the development of the senses of responsibility and mission of the enterprise, of understanding of the core values of the enterprise and loyalty for the enterprise. The differences of their work values from the core values of the enterprise shall be guided by strengthening the education and publicizing and implementing the core values of the enterprise and enhancing the publicity means of the models and other methods.The paper also believes that the enterprise shall optimize the recruitment process and take the measurement of the work values as an important part so as to taken into the full account the employees from an all-round way, and the ultimate purpose is that the enterprise shall choose the qualified personnel consistent with the core values of CRC from the beginning and avoid the difficulties at the subsequent stages.
