Based On Industry Life Cycle Optimization And Upgrading Of China's Automobile Manufacturing

Automobile manufacturing has strong regional economic driving effects, many of the world's countries and regions attempt to build it into local pillar industries. The United States, Japan, Germany and other major industrial nations, South Korea and other newly industrialized countries, currently have already set up a powerful auto industry. Our automobile manufacturing started late, Owing to historical, system and other reasons, it developed slowly in the beginning, experienced a hard and tortuous growth course. In 1994, China promulgated the first "automobile industrial policy", automobile manufacturing had formally became a key industry since then.In recent years, as the national comprehensive strength and innovation ability enhanced, our Automobile manufacturing ushered a unprecedented rapid development period. Meanwhile many problems shows up, such as the scale of enterprise is small, self-renovation capability is weak and lack of core technology and key technology, etc. For this reason, many scholars research from different perspective, study how to optimize and upgrade the automotive manufacturing industry, they Proposed based on the global value chain restructuring, promoting cluster development, the use of modular production methods and other modern ideas, which have important reference value to promote our Automobile manufacturing. However, the overview of these ideas can be found which rarely studied the industrial optimization and upgrading problem according to the industry's rules itself. Against this condition, this article will explore the path of the optimization and upgrading, from the evolution of China's automobile manufacturing process itself.The article collects and reviews in China's automobile manufacturing industry based on the running track, combined with its status and development trend of the world's automotive industry, illustrate the optimization and upgrading of the necessity and urgency. Then, according to industry life cycle theory, article analyses the different stages of industry development's optimization and upgrading of the general law. We use both qualitative and quantitative analysis to determine the development stage of China's automobile industry, at last, come to a conclusion that China's automobile industry current is still in the growing stage, analyses also points out that China's automobile industry has experienced two short-term rapid growth, but in short time the growing rates will slow down, there will be a relatively slow process. Therefore, the main problem it faces is to optimize and upgrade and enhance its development of the continued momentum and vitality. In order to improve relevant countermeasures's effectiveness and feasibility, we has deliberately chosen the development of automobile industry in Taizhou as a case analysis summarises and refines experience of growing stage automobile industry's optimization and upgrading. Finally, according to the general rules of industrial upgrading, combined with the optimization and upgrading of Taizhou successful automobile industry practices and the specific situation of China's automobile industry, in government, enterprise, industry's perspective, we put forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the optimization and upgrading of China's automobile industry.
