Study On Laboratory Quality Assurance System Based On Quality Function Development And PDCA Mode

At present,with the unceasing intensification of the global economic integration, technological innovation has become the focus of competition in comprehensive national strength.As an important foundation of the core competitiveness, technological innovation is important selection in building an innovative country, and an important part of the national innovation system. However, technological innovation systems can not do without strong support of the lab systems.For our country, in order to enhance scientific and technological innovation,the laboratory system is required to strong support.First,the government laboratory system which is focus on the foundation study on development strategies for the future of our country is need to build. Second, the enterprise laboratory system which is focus on products research is need to build.Third,the university professional laboratory system is need to build.Because the higher demand which about the talent must be meet.the ability of engineering practice,ability of innovate and the professional qualities is proposed.All three laboratory system have common characteristics.They are interrelated,and the country's scientific and technological innovation is serviced with them. And quality assurance is the most important thing in the lab.Therefore,in order to enhance the competitiveness and meet the demand of the scientific and technological innovation.The problems must be solved which about how to build the quality assurance system of lab.In order to solve all the problems,some methods are used in the paper.First, the Quality Function Development (QFD) model is proposed,and it combined with the mothed of PDCA quality cycle to built up the quality assurance system of lab model.The model is used to analysts to understand the process of lab management, and relationship between quality and requirements. So the quality of lab can be improved in the structured operational requirements analysis procedure to meet the demand.And make the quality assurance system of lab to continuous improve.Finally, the model of the quality assurance system of lab based on QFD and PDCA is used two examples in the Industrial Engineering major of KUST.and the enterprise lab.The system and the model is presented to validate and provided a reference for the construction of lab.
