Study On Tourism Carrying Capacity Management In Bai-yun Mountain Scenic Area

The conflict between resource conservation and tourism development has been the core issue in tourism development and planning. Many managers will want to resolve this contradiction lies in the "tourist environmental capacity" of the "quantity" concept, as long as the calculated number of visitors, we can solve the contradiction between conservation and development. But the researchers found that as a figure in terms of environmental capacity, too many variables, it is difficult to get a precise answer, so the capacity of tourism environment gradually as a management tool got many scholars attention, and they proposed some modern tourism environment management, such as LAC, VERP, VAMP, VIM and so on. Only do real-time monitoring for environmental capacity in tourist area and promptly take appropriate measures will be achieved sustainable development.This paper based on the analysis of various modern tourist carrying capacity management models, combined with the actual situations and nailed down the ecotourism development goals of Bai-yun Mountain. It must be develop the tourism with high-speed, at the same time, it must be keep the high quality of the ecological environment, in order to ensure the sustainable development of ecotourism. So this paper analyzed the overview of Bai-yun Mountain, divided the function areas according to the tour resources and the development circumstance of the ecotourism, and then draw up an index system according to it. This paper applied fuzzy mathematics and analytical hierarchy program to quantitative evaluate the main natural ecological environment in the tourism area, and the conclusions are the first class's membership of Bai-yun Mountain is 0.560; the pressure situation is at the third class, basically it is at the middle pressure situation; the first class of the response's membership is 0.778. It shows that the relationship between tourist activities and social carrying capacity was relatively coordinate, and the space of tourism was great, but in Lu Hu, San Tai Ling and Ming Chun Gu area, there was a little drop of ecological environment quality, especially the drop of water quality has influenced the further development of tourism, at the same time, the noise quality is general. At the end, this paper put forward some feasible suggestions according to reality, simply designed the carrying capacity of ecotourism management and the methods of the environmental monitoring, can hoped it play an important role in environmental supervision and control the potential threaten to the development of ecotourism.
