New product development strategy is the premise of the whole enterprise, in order to promote the channel of value-added product lines to expand, expand market share, improve overall product sales, or even a business development strategy external manifestation of the transition. New products generally have to go through the new product positioning, consumer groups, analysis, market forecasting, identify target markets, building sales channels, developing integrated communication strategies, establish safeguards to discuss aspects of the course series.In this paper, SWOT analysis and McCarthy's classic 4P theory as the basic framework of the overall market for new products discussed at the beginning, after adequate market research, in response to internal and external marketing environment SWOT analysis and then develop new products to market strategy. Then to 4P framework of the theory were developed product strategy, pricing strategy, channel strategy and marketing strategy, new product marketing strategy planned out execution.4P theory in concrete applications, followed the forefront of international marketing theory, service marketing, relationship marketing concepts into new products fully operational.Internal management, the use of scientific methods of logistics management, cargo flow management and strict cost management of goods.In staff management, the full reference to the management of performance appraisal methods, application of KPI (key performance evaluation) in the management of the full application of employee emotion management concept, the marketing team to build the project the core competitiveness.
