With the development of information technology,the traditional retail enterprises have been impacted by the electronic commerce.Under the new norm of “Internet+”,online and offline integration of the development of the O2 O marketing model has become a trend in the retail industry.Combining O2 O marketing mode,this paper researched experience stores' site selection,logistics network path planning and put forward a set of solutions to the problems of logistics management in the enterprise development of e-commerce.In the first chapter,the background and significance of the research had been briefly introduced,and the research status of the related issues in this paper was listed.Finally,the research contents and methods of this paper were presented.The second chapter summarized the research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars in the transformation of traditional enterprises,experience store location,logistics network path planning.The basic theory of O2 O marketing model was introduced in detail,the combined it with the transformation of the traditional retail enterprises in the electronic commerce.The third chapter made clear the important role of the experience store in O2 O marketing mode,and analyzed the internal and external factors that affect the site selection of the experience store.The fourth chapter analyzed the necessity of the improvement of the traditional retail enterprise logistics network in O2 O marketing mode,and analyzed the structure and operation flow of the logistics network framework.In the fifth chapter,based on the traditional path selection model,the sorting cost of the transit hub was introduced,and the transportation cost and transportation cost of the logistics network was defined as the logistics cost.As the weight of the enterprise logistics network distribution route,the Dijkstra algorithm was improved.In the sixth chapter,the weight of each factor was determined by using the analytic hierarchy process,and the optimal service capability of the enterprise logistics network was determined by combining the logistics cost fitting curve and the fitting curve.The seventh chapter was the conclusion and prospect.Summarized the conclusions and propose the defects of this paper.
