Development Strategy Of DFZZ Limited Liability Company

DFZZ Limited Liability Company is a joint-stock company. It has entered the market economy from the planned economics system, whose predecessor is the Second Paper Making Factory of Jiamusi city. And it is a state-owned enterprise of the planned economics system, attaching to Light Industry Bureau of Jiamusi city. In 1998 when the factory was in a hopeless situation on the verge of bankruptcy, the enterprise carried out bold reforms and adopted personnel appointment system. Therefore, the enterprise has achieved two crossings. One is transformation from planned economy to market economy and the other is from state-owned enterprise to or on the point of entering modern enterprise. And then it has formed a modern enterprise management mode which began to take shape. Nowadays, the company has become one of the largest financial taxpayers in Jiamusi city.This paper studied on the DFZZ company's development strategy in the form of case. In the part of the case introduction, this paper introduced the basic situation and development strategies, achievements of development strategy of DFZZ company and then analyzed the main problems during the current development of the DFZZ company. In the case analysis part, firstly, this paper generally introduced the course of DFZZ development strategy; secondly, this paper analyzed its external environment from the PEST analysis,SCP analysis and five forces competitive analysis,and summed up the current opportunities and threats; on the other side, this paper also analyzed its internal environment from the general development of the company and management strength,and summarized the company's strengths and weaknesses during its development. And then this paper also analyzed the strategy making and content of DFZZ development strategy. Finally, according to the main present problems of DFZZ and combining with the case analysis, this paper put forward the assurance measures of DFZZ company's development.
